The Local Wood Hub Project
Local Wood Hub is a European funded cooperation project that aims to raise awareness of the amounts of woodland within Surrey. It also aims to let the public know what can be done with the woodland for the benefit of the environment, community and the local economy.
Local Wood Hub’s partners are Surrey Hills Enterprises, RES in Surrey and Sitcob in Brittany, France. The aim is to use the EU funding to support fledgling ideas that our local woodland workers and owners might have and help to make them successful.
