Thank you for your interest in having a stall at the Surrey Hills Artisan Markets in 2022. Please read the terms and conditions and complete the application below.

All applications will be assessed by the Surrey Hills team and are subject to approval. You will be notified of the outcome of your application within 5 days of receipt.

Celebrating and promoting local businesses and artisans in the Surrey Hills and surrounding area

The markets are primarily to showcase Surrey Hills Members and Artisans in the Surrey Hills who make local food, drink, arts and crafts. You must therefore be a Member of Surrey Hills Enterprises or live and work within a 6 mile radius of the Surrey Hills. Non Members will be invited to attend as Guests for up to 3 Markets in any one year.

Stalls are £30 for Surrey Hills Enterprise Members and £50 for non Members.

Apply for a place on the Surrey Hills Enterprises Members stall, Guildford Farmers Market 2022

First Tuesday of the month (except Jan) 10.30pm – 3.30pm

Surrey Hills Enterprises has a pitch at the monthly Farmers Market to showcase Surrey Hills Member’s food, drink and arts. The Surrey Hills Gazebo (3x3m with weights) is available for 2 Surrey Hills Trade Marked Members to share the pitch on each date to showcase and sell their produce. The costs are £25 per Member plus vat. per market.

You would need to collect the Gazebo and set it up in the High street and dismantle at the end of the day.  The Gazebo will be collected from you by the next Surrey Hills Member booked for the following month. Please bring your own table and chairs, branded items and produce to sell.

If you would like to apply to attend on one or more dates, please tick the box below and we will contact you to confirm the dates available. We will create a rota of Surrey Hills Members who wish to use the pitch with no one Member attending on 2 consecutive dates.

    Some electricity will be available at the outdoor markets. Electrical Safety Declaration: I understand that all electrical equipment used at the Surrey Hills Artisan Market must have a current PAT certificate, available on request. Please note that the position of your stall will be determined by the availability of electricity on site and the booking of electricity is subject to approval
  • I confirm that I will supply Surrey Hills with a copy of my food Hygiene certificate
  • I confirm that I will comply with the latest Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations (where applicable) and the Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations? (required)
  • All stall holders will need to set up and cars re-parked by 9.30am Please state what time you hope to arrive for set-up
