Surrey Hills Artisan Festival – Visitor and Stall Holders Information

We are really excited to welcome you to the first Surrey Hills Artisan Festival. Here are a few things to help make the most of your day:-

Stall Holder information

To make the most of your day, you can see information below on all the stal lholders including the food and drink on offer. You can organise the list by stall type, number or artisan.

Toilets

Public toilets are available inside the main building at Denbies. Please exit using the one way exit next to the ticket entrance to the arena. To re enter the arena please show the sticker you received at the ticket entrance

COVID measures

To reassure you, we are taking all the steps necessary to ensure the event is run as safely as possible and in full adherence to government guidelines.

  • The ticket entrance will be one way
  • There will be a roped area for queuing to enter the Festival – please ensure your group leaves 2m gap between yourselves and those in front of you
  • We will be taking your temperature on arrival – if you have a temperature, unfortunately, you will not be allowed into the arena
  • Please register with the NHS track and trace or provide your name and contact details at the entrance desk
  • There will be a desk for pre-paid tickets – Please show your booking email as your ticket
  • You will be given a sticker as a mark of entry – if you need to leave the site then show the sticker when you return
  • Hand sanitizers will be available at the entrance and on the stands
  • Please bring your own face covering
  • We are not handing out programmes – instead, there will be a QR code to scan for this page
  • All stalls will be well spread out to provide plenty of space.

Hospitality and seating

The food and drink stalls are located at the top end of the arena. Please order your food and then proceed to the straw bale seating – please bring your own rug if preferred.

First Aid / lost children /information

Please come to the Control desk next to the entrance if you need any assistance. First aiders will be on hand all day.  A defibrillator is located inside Denbies.
