Come and experience a woodland prepared feast under the guidance of top chef Jacqueline Wise. Probably one of the most sophisticated barbecue experience in the Surrey Hills, Jacqueline will guide you in the creation of each dish over an open fire using as many local ingredients as possible.
Learn to cook in the middle of the woods and enjoy an al fresco culinary experience.

A creative and passionate Cordon Bleu Chef trained at Tante Marie, Jacqueline has worked at Buckingham Palace, The Ritz and Michelin Star restaurants. She has also been on the Radio, Television and in Magazines sharing her knowledge. A true ‘foodie,’ Jacqueline’s enthusiasm and love of her work shines through in every event.

Lemon balm herbal infusion
Charred local asparagus, fire-cooked flatbread, hand made mayonnaise, organic smoked Ashdown Forester’s cheddar
(Flat bread and mayonnaise can be customised by each guest with a selection of additional ingredients from wild garlic to spices and fresh herbs)
Local rump of lamb in sorrel pesto, spring vegetable broth, flamed chorizo
Rocky road bananas, local honey & whipped cream
(Each guest to customize their banana’s fillings (Belgian chocolate, digestive biscuits, marshmallows etc)
