Autumn is well and truly upon us and founder and chef Christian will draw on the very best that nature’s larder has to offer. You can expect wild game, ingredients foraged from the beautiful surroundings from the Priory Farm Estate and wild cocktails conjured up by fellow founder Beckie! As Christian cooks up a seasonal storm, he will talk to you about the provenance of his ingredients and the cooking methods he uses to showcase them at their best.
