Winter is well and truly upon us and founder and chef Christian will draw on the very best that nature’s larder has to offer. You can expect wild game, ingredients foraged from the beautiful surroundings from the Priory Farm Estate and wild cocktails conjured up by fellow founder Beckie! As Christian cooks up a seasonal storm, he will talk to you about the provenance of his ingredients and the cooking methods he uses to showcase them at their best. We’ll keep the dining group small so that everyone has a chance to engage and hopefully spark a lively discussion around the flames.
If you’ve joined us for a feast over fire before, you’ll know that our focus is very much on inspiring our guests to try something new and equipping them with the skills to do so. With our Woodland Chef’s Table, we hope to take things a step further and not only provide you with a seasonal feast, but share our fireside secrets and answering all your burning questions (excuse the pun!).
