Join Back on Track, in collaboration with Amanda Harrison of Gong and Tonic, for this relaxing walking and Gong Bath . We embark on a beautiful 2-hour country walk enjoying nature’s sounds, fragrances and unique scenery before heading back to Birtley. Returning to the stunning ancient woodlands of Birtley Estate, heady with the scent and sight of thousands of bluebells coming into bloom.You will then immerse yourself into a 45-minute relaxing and peaceful outdoor sound bath experience.

Meet: Birtley House Estate car park (through automatic gates of Birtley House care home, bear left into overflow car park where Portaloo toilets are located)

Duration: Walk and sound bath approximately 3 hours

Important notes:
Please ensure you have a good breakfast before the walk, its not advised to have the sound bath on a full stomach.
Please wear sturdy shoes; bring waterproofs if necessary. The Gong bath event is not suitable for dogs.

To bring:
You will need a mat to lie on, plus a blanket and something to use as a small pillow. Please also bring a reusable cup for hot drinks.
NOTE: We will leave mats/chairs and blankets in vehicles – on returning from walk we pass the car park, and can collect any items then.
