Join us for a fun, creative and educational hands-on workshop perfect for your and your budding young chefs!
During our pasta course, we will share the secrets to making one of the most popular foods in the world, equipping you with the confidence and the skills to create a selection of delicious pasta dishes as a family in your own home.
We’ll use the freshest ingredients and go through everything you need to know to make fresh pasta, from kneading to shaping through rolling. We’ll roll up our sleeves and make freshly made pasta sheets to create tortellini, as well as learn how to make a seasonal filling. We’ll also demonstrate how to create other pasta shapes including tagliatelle and pappardelle.
The session will end with a meal enjoyed around our shared dining table, with a selection of your freshly made pasta on the menu, of course!
