When it comes to food…we shall be truly spoiling you with a three course meal served sharing style, straight from the flames! 

Learn how to make your own flatbreads from scratch, how to cook steak over the fire and how to flambe with brandy like a pro chef! 

About Chef Jacqueline Wise
A creative and passionate Cordon Bleu Chef trained at Tante Marie, Jacqueline has worked at Buckingham Palace, The Ritz and Michelin Star restaurants. She has also been on the Radio, Television and in Magazines sharing her knowledge as well as winning Channel 4 TV Show ‘Win It Cook It.’ A true ‘foodie,’ Jacqueline’s enthusiasm and love of her work shines through in every event, she will be delighted to share this memorable day with you and awaken your inner chef.

To Start:

Flatbreads with a selection of spices and herbs, dukka & oils

Cucumber cups with beetroot hummus, fresh mint & edible flowers

The Main:

Flat iron steak

Learn tenderisation and marination techniques

Sides:

Wild garlic mayonnaise

Balsamic potato skewers with truffle oil and Parmesan

Feta, watermelon and mint salad

Green salad with French vinaigrette

Coleslaw with fennel and caraway seed

Dessert:

Flambé Time!

Fruit kebabs – strawberry, banana, pineapple, apple, brandy
