A great workshop for anyone who has an Instagram account and are looking for tips, tools and strategies to take it to the next level to build your following and to turn your followers into customers
This workshop will focus on strategy and content creation and will include a personal audit of your account with recommendations via a pre training questionnaire.

“I am passionate about the psychology of social media and empowering others to communicate effectively online. I work with leadership teams to help inspire staff and together we shape effective social strategies.
Building on 35 years experience in PR, Broadcast Journalism and a degree in Psychology, I combine strategic insight with practical understanding of what works and what doesn’t in turning you, your people and your organization social.
Following a 15-year career as a journalist and reporter at BBC News, I’ve worked with some of the biggest names in media and journalism both as a colleague and as a social media strategist and trainer.
For the last 10 years I’ve helped a range of organizations to shape strategic thinking and social digital engagement, both internally and externally. Working with the BBC Academy since 2009 I introduced Twitter to the BBC Newsroom and have designed content strategies, delivered and led social media training to over 6000 journalists and communications professionals across the BBC, Team GB, The FT, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office and many other businesses.
Passionate about the power of business to do social good, I also work with NGOs and Charities such as UNHCR, MSF and regularly mentor entrepreneurs and SMEs especially in the food, drink and wellness industries.
I also regularly speak at conferences across Europe about the psychology of social media, empowering women and driving digital change in newsrooms.”
