A slow and mindful walk following the sunset through the Scots pines on Blackheath Common. Tune into the twilight sounds and spring awakening, the rise of blossoms, emerging ferns.
Join us as we tune our senses into the sights, sounds, and energy of a Spring twilight. During our woodland walk, find a sitting spot or lie on your yoga mat to tune into the Spring energy. Bring a torch and star watching apps for further exploration.
