Pickling is one of those magical preservation methods that not only extends a food’s shelf life, but also takes its flavour profile to interesting and delicious places. In our masterclass, we’ll share our secrets to creating the perfect quick pickles. You’ll then be able to use your newfound skills to make the perfect edible gifts for friends and family!
