Learn to pickle like a pro with us here at The Salt Box, in our barn on the Priory Farm Estate. We’ll be learning how to make a delicious collection of pickles to make the most of early autumn’s fresh produce.
Pickling is one of those magical preservation methods that not only extends a food’s shelf life, but also takes its flavour profile to interesting and delicious places. The evening will start with a light bite, followed by a 45 minute pickling masterclass. Following the class, we’ll sit down to dinner cooked by The Salt Box, accompanied by a pint of locally brewed Pilgrim Ale or a glass of wine.
