Join us for a fun, creative and educational hands-on workshop perfect for your and your budding young chefs!
We’ll use the freshest ingredients and go through everything you need to know to make fresh pasta, from kneading to shaping through rolling. We’ll roll up our sleeves and make freshly made pasta sheets to create tortellini, as well as learn how to make a cheesy filling. We’ll also demonstrate how to create other pasta shapes including tagliatelle and pappardelle, which we’ll pair with a delicious rabbit and bacon ragu.
Once you’ve cracked it, fresh pasta is super easy to make and even easier to eat. The session will end with a meal enjoyed around our shared dining table, with a selection of your freshly made pasta on the menu, of course!
