Practise yoga, Ayurveda, pranayama and meditation in the beautiful surroundings of the Surrey Hills at the National Trust’s Leith Hill Place. We will spend the day balancing the 3 gunas(states of mind) of Ayurvedic philosophy, helping to smooth away the lethargy and to release stress and anxiety caused by over doing. Includes light lunch and coffee on arrival.
