A Table Outside organises dinners at farms and vineyards throughout the Surrey Hills with the aim of connecting people with those who grow our food.
Each menu is created by award-winning Surrey chef and Masterchef finalist Daniel Britten, and is themed around the produce of the field in which we sit to eat.
On Saturday 15th July 2018, we’ll be setting our long table at Blackdown Ridge Estate Vineyard, high in the hills of the South Downs National Park.
The estate produces multi-award-winning white, red, rosé and sparkling wines and counts Oz Clarke as a fan. Considered one of the world’s leading wine experts, Oz recently reviewed the estate’s Primordia Classic Cuvée describing it as a ‘rich, ripe, proud wine, packed with fruit, foaming with excitement.’
Our farm to table dinner will feature both wine and lamb from Blackdown Ridge Estate.
