Sat 26th May 5pm - 8.30pm Sculptor and Yoga teacher Ruth Wheeler and Art Teacher and Mindfulness Verity Vinen run workshops to relieve stress and anxiety for teenagers and adults. Perfect for stressed parents and children. It will be a lovely mix of art, yoga, mindful walking and connecting with the nature and sculptures around us.

Course details: Outdoor yoga, mindful creativity and a picnic tea within the magnificent setting of woodlands & meadows (marquee available in wet weather).
