Exhibitor Application Form
Thank you for your interest in being part of the Surrey Hills Artisan Festival 2021 – A weekend Festival to celebrate and showcase the artisans of the Surrey Hills.
This is a new Festival being run by Surrey Hills Enterprises in partnership with Denbies Wine Estate and Surrey Artists Open Studio to support the work of local artisans and promote the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
To maintain the integrity of the festival, exhibition places will be assessed according to the following criteria:-
- Artisan Members of Surrey Hills Enterprises
- Artisans who are from the Surrey Hills
- Artisans who offer hands-on activities or demonstrations as part of the stall offer
- Retail exhibitors who offer NON plastic products
- Due to the location, it is beneficial for exhibitors to be able to take mobile card payments
Please read the exhibitor Terms and Conditions and the Exhibitor Rates and then complete and submit your application form and forward a copy of your insurance certificate. Once your initial application is approved you will need to complete the Risk Assessment Form and submit a copy to us.

All applications will be assessed by the Surrey Hills Artisan Festival team and are subject to approval. You will be notified of the outcome of your application within 10 days of receipt.
CATERING AND BEVERAGE OUTLETS, FOR CONSUMPTION ON SITE: Priority will be given to the food type and to Members of Surrey Hills Enterprises and those caterers who are from Surrey and who source local products.
