Come along for a delightful evening with Cellar Magneval & Michelin Star chef Chris Bailey in Ripley.
Professional private chef, London born Chris Bailey trained at Westminster College will showcase his wonderful food. Chris has worked at Browns Hotel, The Bentley, Chez Bruce (London), Zaranda (Madrid), as well as had various stints abroad and in England before finally opening The Black Rat in Winchester. Chris has won and retained a coveted Michelin Star for his work at The Black Rat.
Chris’ style is based around an obsession with great produce and seasonality. Food with interest, texture and clarity but firstly flavour making this an evening of fine food paired with fine wines – one not to be missed.
Cellar Magneval’s Sommeliers will guide you through the evening of fine dining and select the fine wines.
