Come and join Surrey Hills Society, on an exploration of the Shere area, with the Chairman, Chris Howard. We will enjoy an exploration of hills behind Shere. Picturesque Shere has been used in many a famous movie including “Four Weddings and a Funeral”, “The Holiday” and “The Wedding date”.
We will walk some of the Shere Millennium Trail.
Optional afternoon tea at Tillings Café, Gomshall, at your own expense.
You will need stout walking shoes and be fit enough to climb small hills. It is practical to bring dogs on this day but the event is not designed/suitable for children. This event is not suitable for members with mobility difficulties. Bring wet weather gear if rain is forecast.
Booking is essential. The cost for the event will be £2.00 for members and £3.00 for non-members.
