East Surrey Walking for Health offers a variety of walks for all ages & abilities. Walks vary in length from between 45 and 90 minutes and the aim is to encourage those not used to walking regularly or perhaps recovering from health problems, to improve fitness while enjoying the countryside.
All walks start from a point where there is car parking, toilets and refreshments. No need to book – just turn up 10 minutes before the start time and register.
